本政策适用于 Bob 开发的 TravelKit iOS App 及官网 travelkit.ovozhb.com。联系方式：1927601983@qq.com。本页说明当前 Beta 版本的处理方式；新增功能如改变数据处理，我们会更新政策。

1. 旅行与账目保存在本机

TravelKit 无需账号。你输入的旅行、同行人、预算、消费、备注、手动银行卡配置、AA 分摊与回款记录，保存在设备本地。当前未启用 App 内 iCloud 同步，也不建立在线多人共享账本。开发者不运营接收上述账目数据的服务器。

小组件通过设备上的 App Group 读取 App 提供的预算与汇率摘要。设备备份、恢复及系统服务的处理取决于你的 Apple 设置与 Apple 政策。

2. 相机与价签识别

只有使用拍价签时才请求相机权限。相机图像和文字识别通过 Apple 原生框架在设备上处理，不上传到开发者服务器或外部 AI 服务。可以拒绝或在 iPhone 设置中撤销权限，继续使用手动输入换算。

3. 汇率网络请求

获取和刷新汇率及历史走势会向 Frankfurter 服务（api.frankfurter.dev）发起 HTTPS 请求，请求可能包含币种与报价日期范围，不需要发送你的消费金额、旅行名称、备注或银行卡配置。网络服务在处理连接时会接触 IP 地址等常规请求信息，其日志与处理由服务提供者管理。参考数据会缓存在本机以供离线使用。

Frankfurter：frankfurter.dev。该第三方服务的使用与可用性不由 TravelKit 控制。

4. 官网与测试服务

官网部署于 Vercel。网站没有主动加入广告、营销追踪或第三方用户行为分析脚本，不要求登录，也不使用表单收集个人资料。Vercel 在交付网页与保障安全时可能处理 IP 地址、请求路径、浏览器及访问时间等技术信息；不应将这理解为网络服务完全不产生访问日志。

选择 TestFlight 测试或访问外部链接后，相应服务由 Apple 或链接所指向的提供者处理。Apple 可能通过 TestFlight 处理测试、崩溃和反馈信息，详情请查看其政策。

5. 联系我们时的信息

当你主动发送邮件或测试反馈时，我们会接收到你提供的邮箱、内容、附件及相关诊断信息，仅用于处理反馈、联系你和改进产品。不出售个人资料，不用于广告定向。请只提供排查所必需的信息，并遮挡敏感内容。

6. 保留、删除与选择

本地记录会保留至你删除相关记录、旅行或移除 App。删除旅行会连同其关联账目和分类预算一起移除；不可恢复的操作以 App 中确认提示为准。开发者无法远程读取、恢复或替你删除仅存本机的账目。

我们仅在处理支持请求所需期限内保留你主动提供的邮件与反馈，之后删除或匿名化；法律要求保留的情况除外。你可发送邮件申请查询、更正或删除向我们提供的信息，或撤回可撤回的同意。第三方的日志、TestFlight 信息和系统备份需通过相应服务管理。

7. 安全与未成年人

我们通过系统存储与 HTTPS 连接减少不必要的数据暴露。请保护设备及备份，不在备注或反馈中存放密码、验证码等敏感资料。TravelKit 不以儿童为特定对象，也不主动要求儿童提供个人资料；如有相关问题请联系上述邮箱。

Local records and camera

No account is required. Trips, companions, budgets, expenses, notes, manual payment-card settings and split/repayment records are stored on your device. The current app has no in-app iCloud sync or online shared ledger; we do not operate a server receiving these records. Widgets read local summaries through an App Group. Apple system backups and restoration depend on your settings and Apple's policies.

Camera access is requested only for price scanning. Camera images and text recognition are processed on-device using Apple frameworks, not uploaded to our server or an external AI service. You may deny or revoke camera permission and enter amounts manually.

Exchange-rate requests and website hosting

Refreshing rates and history sends HTTPS requests to Frankfurter at api.frankfurter.dev, potentially including currency codes and quote-date ranges, without needing your spending amounts, trip names, notes or card settings. The provider receives ordinary connection information such as your IP address and controls its own logs. Rates are cached locally for offline use.

The website is hosted by Vercel and does not actively include advertising or third-party behavioral analytics scripts, require login or collect information through forms. Vercel may process technical request information, including IP addresses, paths, browser details and access times, to deliver and secure the site. Apple handles TestFlight testing, diagnostics and feedback under its policies. The linked providers manage their services independently.

Support, retention and your choices

If you email us or send testing feedback, we receive information you choose to supply, such as your email, message, attachments and diagnostics. We use it to respond, investigate and improve the product, not to sell personal information or target advertising. Please redact sensitive details.

Local records remain until you delete them or remove the app. Deleting a trip also removes its related expenses and category budgets. We cannot remotely read, restore or delete records held only on your device. We retain support correspondence only as needed to resolve the request, then delete or anonymize it, except where retention is legally required. Email us to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, or to withdraw applicable consent. Manage provider logs, TestFlight data and system backups with the relevant provider.

We use system storage and HTTPS to limit unnecessary exposure. Protect your device and backups; do not send passwords or verification codes. TravelKit is not specifically directed to children and does not actively request their personal information. Changes to data processing will be reflected in an updated policy here.
